Yes, my quilting studio and shop take up a large section of my house!

Turn around in the cue to out is still 14-21 days. Complexity will affect times. Also please PLAN your shipping as time starts when it is delivered here! It has to get back to you and you know your areas postal situation, some are tricky so we will talk about that!

You can mail in the quilt, bring in to the shop or meet me at another place. I carry a small intake kit with batting and thread cards.

To be able to keep the quilting line going, appointments are needed, but I have lots of hours and days available. Open drop off days are on home page

I take custom requests in a limited number depending on time intensity 

I do edge to edge computer quilting and have over 4500 patterns now

I still prefer appointments so that I can keep working on the quilts I have on the frame and, keep well people WELL! 

I have MANY older quilters without internet that come in, but I worry about them crossing paths with others!!! Thank you for understanding!

 Honesty folks with the price of gas shipping is a GREAT option even if just a few miles away! You will need to ship here. I have a discount service we might be able to use for your area to get her back to you for less than gas these days!

Another option being used is: getting the quilt to me through a friend or relative in this area! Shipping back - is covered in our discussions and in the end contract. Cost depends on size of finished quilt.

Mail in quilts will need to do a 50% deposit through an invoice after we talk or at the webstore. 

Special ordering does extend your pick up date to 2-3 weeks.

More than 2  quilts is called a batch & this does require the 50%. All quilts in the batch must be in the shop at the same time or the clock resets to the date they are both in the shop.

Stretchy stuff....I do longarm quilting on: flannel and Minky, already made Tee-shirt quilts and Custom. There is more fabric needed for your backing- see services

I do not do repairs alterations, make custom "made to order" quilts or, sell fabric(no matter what some of the engines have listed, sorry - they have been notified but have not adjusted multiple PDQ details. We in the League tried doing a Google trend "why isn't there a longarm quilting category?" You too can try asking that question. It is soft locked but you CAN hit the me too button and help us out!

1) online payments through the shop here and on Etsy . The difference is only in the payment service from paypal, square or GoDaddy marketplace. They do charge a 5% fee, so we pass that on to you in your contract.

2) Cash or check for local folks are available.  Not local? 3 day bank hold must clear before quilt delivery. HINT: That deposit check is your key in

Example: Custom quilt Full size $650 - 3% = $ 617.50

No problem as long as quilting has not started. Only 1 change is allowed and contract will be replaced and texted to you for conformation. Multiple changes in pattern, thread, sizing or other will acquire a $10 office fee.

The day it is checked in is day 1. I put the quilts on in the order checked in.

Of course complex choices may take longer and if I don't have the information I need, I can't hold up the line, but will move on and bump you down. Please take shipping times into consideration.

When the quilt is done I send pics of it coming off the frame with your ending invoice via paypal or text if paying online or paying the cash option.

On a case by case basis I can usually do a 7-10 day rush but that will depend on what is in the shop. The fee is $80. This does not include holiday season.

1) E2E, Custom work is only done on contract and batting or thread used is on that contract. I spend a good amount of time with you to be SURE you are asking for what you think you are asking for. (Don't ya hate to go to the hairdresser and come out looking like Betty Davis when you were going for Farrah Facet!) It is hard to put ideas into words, so we write them down and sign them here.  It is the customers responsibility to read the contract and respond to questions,  texts and emails promptly. Returns are based on a case by case basis and mediation as needed, with the goal always being customer satisfaction.

2) Actual products (made items that do not include service or custom made items)that are sold may be returned within 14 days with the customer paying for shipping for the return. A 20% restocking fee is charged. If you have questions it is always good to ask us before you hit the buy button
