DEPOSIT POLICY
-Mail in quilts will need to do a 50% deposit through an invoice after we talk or at the shop.
- The Minimum fee of $60 (Baby) or $70 (>42 inch on any side of quilt) is now required with Book in.
All special orders need to be paid in full at Book in.

I will try to keep the basic patterns as low as possible however general costs are just not helping and I apologize.
I guess we all get to really apply budgeting carefully now.
Thread fee
Meandering and Custom longarm quilting only, has a flat fee for thread. I have Glide and Omni for you. There are over 2,500 possibilities. I always approve this with you because I am here to make what is in your minds eye happen!
I wind my own bobbins so you have the perfect blend in those stitching patterns! Specialty type threads can be ordered with deposit: variegated, thick or thinnest threads may be needed based on your design needs.
Backing musts and Policy
Backing should have at leas6-8 inches added for the process. If you need help getting backing made - make appt & I'll help. All is not lost if you come up short!
There is a $10 per SEAM centering and/leader addition fee if you want a seam in a specific area on back. or it is to small to meet 4 inches.
Flannel & Minky require a good 6-8" all sides so... add 12-14" to the W x L of your quilt
Pieced backings with more than 4 seams are considered stretch risks needing special attention.
Oops and repairs
I break tasks into $10 increments. I will not square up or repair seams willy nilly. Repairs are not done without your permission/okay w/ fee, and you need to be available for approval please. I will tell you if I don't feel it is safe for the integrity of the quilt if something is wrong.
Trimming, squaring up, pattern alignments and applying binding to front is extra now - sorry
If you just want me to put a pen in it, I can try but if it might get caught in the machine, I will contact you.

Rush Order Fee
These things happen, and we will accept rush orders on a case by case basis if you need the quilt in less than 14 days except during Oct-Dec season, when rush is not available. Payment in full is due at time of booking a rush orders.
