Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions: All quilting payments are final. Repayment after delivery and your inspection is final on all orders for long arming or Pixie Dust Quilts. If you find a problem, it is expected that you contact PDQ in writing  within 14 days. All quilts washing instructions must be followed. All refunds go through arbitration for fair market actions for both of our safety. (yep, there are nuts among us - sorry)

Payments: need to be completed by load date and quilt should be here by that time. All quilts will be sold to pay the invoice if they are left longer than 90 days unless a special agreement has been done and something has happened for your situation. We try to be kind and work with you with in reason.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement :

• Withdraw and cancel services,: must be done before quilt is loaded. Fee may apply if more than 1 change occurs.
• Mailing to PDQ is your responsibility. Please remember your quilt will not fit in the same box as a floppy after it is a quilt. I will add to invoice if return ship can't be done in your box. Shipping can be in your contract as part of your contract. I reserve the right to hand deliver to save on this cost if I am in your area.
• Turn around times are stated on your contract you sign. Please pay attention to them. Fees for rush are available. "Whenever" is not okay here - budgets are important to us all.
• Charity work is now only done directly to the charity - yep, someone got freebees- sorry!
• PDQ does it's very best to credit the artist. Anonymous or initials are options. Your beautiful quilt is my canvas. There is always the option to decline all on your contract. If you see a non credit artist I have missed, feel free to let me know. 
• I am supposed to tell you that PDQ is forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. Since you haven't met me, then I guess thats fair. Don't do it, we follow the Golden rule here and expect you to do the same.
• All photos are taken by me the artist and all work associated with anything Of work on needs to credit me personally or PixieDust quilting. I am claiming them as intellectual property, see prior term!
• I reserve the right to return or decline a quilt for any reason. Period.
